July 2025 Natural Disaster Letter

Sisters and Brothers,

We are all aware of the tragedies and overwhelming devastation that are still ravaging the south-central portion of our country. The loss of life, damage to homes, businesses, and infrastructure will, no doubt, be a long road of return to some level of normalcy.

Many of our Eastern Star Sisters and Brothers have been directly impacted by this ongoing event and many more are answering the call to assist with immediate needs for a variety of areas.

In the light of these current events, we have chosen to cancel the statewide “Quacks for Kids” fundraiser in support of our Youth organizations and organize another event later in the year to allow those called to assist as they can.

We ask that you keep our Sisters and Brothers, first responders, and medical teams in your prayers while we all, as citizens of this country, pull together to rally with our brethren and support one of the primary goals of our Order in meeting the needs of others.
